I wanted to wait a bit before I left a review and I’m so glad I did. For a little background story, I’m a nurse that recently started working night shift. Nights is not for the weak at heart, which I quickly learned. I normally take seamoss and bladderwack in my smoothies about three times a week, but I knew I needed to take it more just didn’t want to make the time on the nights that I have to work to make a smoothie. I’m so glad I found this company on IG that had everything that I needed in a capsule. I pop 3 right before I leave the house and let me tell you my energy is on a thousand.
