Refunds + Returns
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return with a valid reason. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to issue a refund simply because you changed your mind.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect shipping address, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the new order. The replacement order will not be shipped until the previous package has been returned to our facility.
Refunds or cancellations cannot be made as a result of a customer not receiving a package due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
Refunds are mainly issued in cases where the transaction was fraudulent and we are contacted by the cardholder’s bank, or when there was an error on our part. All other refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at: info@honestherbstore.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- If you have not received your item, but the carrier shows the package as delivered, we are unable to issue a full refund. However, we will assist you with initiating a claim with the shipping carrier.
