shipping takes for ever.

still hasn't received my last order hope it comes today it's been almost 2 weeks

We appreciate your review, however, as noted in our previous reviews, our shipping is super fast and orders usually processed in 24hours or less. We have checked our records and have not received any communication from you regarding your product not being received in a timely manner, 2 weeks is an unacceptable amount of time. We would've gladly contacted our liason at the postal service to track your package if we were contacted, it is truly unfair to rate our product based off of shipping services that we do not control.
