Shipping policy

Orders are normally processed within 2-3 business days, tracking information will be mailed to the email address provided during checkout. 

During the holiday season, due to our sales, we anticipate a 7-14 day processing time for all orders.  

If a package is returned because of an incorrect shipping address provided during checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a new order.  The new order will not be shipped until the previous one is returned back to our facility. 

We are not responsible for any additional shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package leaves our facility.
